Our web ordering system allows you to quickly build the Business Central package that is perfect for you business.
You can start small with the basic features to get you up and running quickly, or you can select from more feature packs to build up your system. You can add on new features and users at any time in the future as well.
STEP 1. CHOOSE YOUR FEATURE PACKS

• Pack prices are a one off cost.
STEP 2. CHOOSE YOUR USER LICENCES
The next step is to choose your user licences.
Choose from the 2 options below (more details can be found on each product page):
ESSENTIALS: Full access to the essential application areas.
TEAM MEMBER: For users only needing to perform light tasks and do not need the full access of Essentials or Premium licenses.
• User Licenses are billed on a rolling monthly subscription.
STEP 3. CHOOSE YOUR SUPPORT LEVEL
The next step is to choose your support level.
Choose from the 3 options below (more details can be found on each product page):
BRONZE: Typically for 1-3 users.
SILVER: Typically for 1-10 users.
GOLD: Typically for 10+ users.
• Support is billed on a rolling monthly subscription.
PLACING YOU ORDER AND PAYMENTS
Once you've made your selections, just place your order and checkout. You'll then receive confirmation by email, as well as a link to view your contract which you can sign online, along with a link to setup your direct debit for your monthly subscriptions.
Our team will be in touch to arrange payment (we offer a 3 month payment plan on the cost of your packs, and we'll setup a direct debit for the Licenses and Support costs).
BOOKING YOUR IMPLEMENTATION DATE
We'll arrange a date to start your implementation, and give you a full checklist of what is needed to collect your business data, chart of accounts, customers, vendors and bank accounts.
Next we start importing your data, provide your team with training, test your system and in next to no time, you'll be live!
